Dr. Slavin has been in practice for over 30 years and specializes in Internal Medicine. The Institute of Advanced Medicine was established by Herbert R. Slavin, M.D. more than 20 years ago. Dr. Slavin is Board Certified and currently maintains hospital privileges. He is also a Diplomat of the American College for the Advancement in Medicine and on the American Board of Chelation Therapy. Dr. Slavin has also been a guest lecturer on issues of disease prevention and alternative medicine, and is the host of “Healthline,” a radio show broadcast Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. on WLVJ-1040 AM radio.
